About Our Products
Will CBD make me high?
No, CBD-infused products including edibles, tinctures, and more, will not make you high as they contain less than .03% THC.
Which cannabinoid should I choose?
All of our products deliver incredible natural wellness benefits, but which one you choose should be based on your unique lifestyle and desired goals. Individual experiences vary but our products might offer you:
- CBD: Most users enjoy CBD for its soothing and relaxing properties without the euphoric effects.
- Delta 9: A popular choice preferred by users who enjoy the psychoactive properties this cannabinoid offers. All of our Delta 9 THC products are hemp-derived with less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC and are federally legal.
- Delta 8: Delta 8 offers more mild effects and is about 60% the strength of Delta 9. Users prefer Delta 8 to help with sleep, pain and anxiety.
- Delta 10: This newer cannabinoid is even milder than Delta 8 and users enjoy the more uplifting effects of this cannabinoid.
- THCv: This minor cannabinoid won’t give you a psychoactive experience, but you may feel more focused and have a slight boost in energy.
- THC-O: Many users report this is more potent than Delta 9. This is more thought-provoking and is referred to as the psychedelic cannabinoid.

Shipping & Returns
What locations do you ship to?
We currently offer shipping to addresses in the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We cannot ship products internationally at this time.
For our THC products, certain states have made them illegal or not explicitly legal so we cannot ship there. These include Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Rhode Island, and Utah. It is your responsibility to determine if the product you’re ordering is legal in your state.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please find our shipping time estimates on our shipping policy page.
How long of a timeframe do I have to return my purchase?
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be returned within 30 days after its delivery.
How do I make a return?
To make your return, please package your unopened item in its original packaging. Send us an email at Support@MindBodyHemp.com with your receipt or proof of purchase, and we will let you know how to address and send your package.
When will I receive my refund?
If your return is approved, you’ll receive an email from us letting you know that you will be receiving your refund soon. Please allow for shipping time and processing time —it may take some time to receive your refund.
Can I exchange my product?
We offer exchanges for products that were damaged during shipping or that appear defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out within 48 hours to initiate a replacement. Email us at Support@MindBodyHemp.com and send us a photo of the damage to get started.
