Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please reach out to us prior to sending your unused product; we can be reached at

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not receive a refund or exchange. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will processed as soon as possible.  (Please allow shipping time and credit processing time for your refund.)  

Please note we do not offer refunds due to shipping since USPS does not guarantee the shipment of your product in a specific time. (Please refer to shipping times in the Shipping section.)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We pack all items with care to prevent damage during shipping.  If, however, your product was damage during shipping or appears defective, please reach out to use within 48 hours of shipping.  We'll replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  We'll take care of the shipping on damaged or defective items. Kindly send along a photo of the damage.  For damaged items, we will email you a return postage.  Please affix this your return package.  Once we receive the damaged item, we will either refund you the amount for the damaged product or send you a new item that you originally ordered. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning non-damaged or defective items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Defective Items 
We make every effort to procure reputable companies who consistently deliver high quality products.  From time-to-time, a product maybe be defective and may pass our inspection before it is shipped.  If you deem a product defective, please stop taking the product and reach out to us at  When you reach out to us, please indicate the nature of the defect.  If we determine this defect is a reason to exchange for a new item of the same, you will receive an e-mail with a prepaid return mailing label.  Once we receive the defective product, we will then send you the new item.  Please note, if you have consumed more than 25% of the defective product, we will not be able to make any exchange or refunds.  Sorry for this inconvenience.
