Each dropper contains about 40mg of Delta 8.  We don't advise taking a full dropper, as this may be too much.  Start slow with a few drops under your tongue to gauge how you will respond.  It can take up to 2 hours to achieve full effects.  

Sublingual administration can be faster then digesting a gummy and may not last as long.  Tinctures are great for someone looking for a quicker relief and prefer to calibrate dosing better than a gummy.
